Marlies Hintsteiner
Head of Reception

Originally from Austria, Marlies joined TMCK as part of the Reception Team but almost immediately demonstrated exceptional skills and now heads the Team.  Marlies has a number of qualifications in Tourism Management and is currently studying Human Resource Management at University of Westminster. 

"The Reception Team is constantly training in new techniques, many of which come from the hospitality industry.  Apart from my involvment in this training, my main responsibility is to ensure that the appointment and referral systems run smoothly and that both Clinicians and Patients enjoy being at TMCK."  Marlies is fluent in English and German.

Anna Wilk
Reception

Anna is Polish and came to the UK in 2005.  She is a Philology Graduate with extensive experience in Event Management, primarily gained at The Conran Group, one of London's major restaurant organisations.  "I work in the Reception Team and have recently completed an NVQ in customer service.  I am currently studying for a certificate in business and administration."  Anna is fluent in English, French and of course Polish.

Franco Bladimir
Head of Housekeeping

Franco was born in Colombia and has been living in the UK since 1997.  He has previously worked at John Lewis Group and Homebase and now heads TMCK's Housekeeping Team.  "I am proud of the part I play in making TMCK the exceptional place it is.  I treat both Clinicians and Patients as customers and enjoy going the extra mile to ensure that everything is as it should be".  Franco is fluent in English and Spanish.

Carol Pegden
PA to Ivor French

Carol Pegden is Personal Assistant to Ivor French, TMCK Director and Responsible Individual.  Carol has worked with Ivor for several years and now assists him with administration and promotion. 

Anne Zeller
PA to Dr Isabelle Granger-Cohet

Anne Zeller is Personal Assistant to Dr Isabelle Granger-Cohet, TMCK Director and Registered Manager.  Anne is French and previously held administrative posts at schools in Laon and Challans in France before coming to England.  Anne first worked at Isabelle's former dental surgery in Knightsbridge, London SW1 before working closer to home as a financial administrator at an insurance company.  Anne resumed working with Isabelle here at TMCK and is responsible for administration, Care Quality Commission compliance, organisation of continuing professional development events, whilst at the same time managing Isabelle's diary.  Anne is fluent in English and of course French.

David Coleman MRICS
Financial Control

David is a Director of Leighton Goldhill and Navigator Securities, having graduated from University of Central England in 1992.  "I have worked with Ivor for many years and was pleased to accept his invitation to join the team at The Medical Chambers Kensington responsible for the financial aspects of TMCK."
