TMCK West London Offers Discreet Ultrasound Scans For Women Concerned About PIPs (Poly Implants Prosthesis)...

The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons has recommended that women who are concerned about these implants or experience adverse symptoms should consider having an ultrasound scan to determine whether there is any weakening or rupture of the implants.  BAAPS recommends that, if there is, both implants should be removed.

TMCK's Women's Healthcare + Wellwoman Checks offer these scans using the latest ultrasound equipment at convenient times including very early morning, late evening and Saturdays.  Your scan will check whether your implants are in the correct location, are leaking and, if so, identify fluid collection.  At the same time, it will examine your breast tissue and pick up any other complications such as infection.

These scans are carried out by two internationally renowned experts, Mr Bill Smith and Dr Les Berger.  You can find both their profiles here on this website.  If there are no signs of damage, then regular future scans should be carried out to monitor the situation.  You may be able to be referred by your GP for these scans.
