The PronoKal Weight Loss Programme

The PronoKal Programme is a medically supervised weight loss method designed to help you maximise your weight loss and more importantly to maintain your achieved weight.

There are three stages:

Active.  The first stage, the length of which varies depending on the weight loss target, helps you lose approximately 80% of your excess weight, thanks to the combination of PronoKal products and approved foods. They ensure your body receives the right amount of proteins, vitamins, minerals and water to perform its vital functions and avoid deficiencies in your diet.

Dietary Re-education.  During the second stage, you will lose the remaining 20% of weight while all food types are slowly reintroduced to your diet. This is the crucial stage, since new dietary habits are developed as the platform to maintaining the target weight during the third stage and beyond.

Maintenance.  At the beginning of the third stage you will have achieved your target weight. No PronoKal products are used here. Your newly acquired eating habits will enable you to make healthy and enjoyable meal choices.
