Our Clinicians see Patients Monday to Friday from 0730 to 2000 and Saturday 0900 to 1600 with earlier and later appointments frequently available.
Making an appointment and registering are easy.....
Our Administration Team is here to assist you during these hours, but take calls from 0730 on weekdays. Please telephone us on 020 7244 4200 to make an appointment or if you require further information on any of our services.
We will confirm your appointment by email and invite you to register online which will mean that we will not have to ask you to complete the form here and you can use your time more effectively. Alternatively you can print the form, complete it and bring it with you to your appointment. Administration will register you when you arrive.
Patients with Mobility Problems and Disabilities
We have a dedicated disabled access lift for wheelchair bound Patients and those with reduced mobility. We are located in a period building in a Conservation Area and our front door steps are fairly high. They can be difficult for elderly Patients or those with impaired mobility so please tell us about any mobility problems and you will be accompanied by a member of our team into TMCK.
We have an induction loop available at Reception for Patients with impaired hearing so please mention your need to our Administration Team when you arrive. If you are visually impaired, we will ask one of our personnel to accompany you to the waiting area.
It is easier for us to help you and cater for your needs if we know in advance that you are likely to require assistance, so when booking your appointment please advise Administration how we can be of help.
Children Babies and Patients with a Pushchair
Please do bear in mind that we are located in a period building in a Conservation Area and have fairly high front steps. Access will be easier either without a pushchair/buggy or with one that is light and easy to manoeuvre. As much as TMCK personnel want to help, it is not always possible for us to do so. We will ask you to leave your pushchair/buggy in a designated area adjacent to Reception. We have a dedicated children's waiting area at ground floor level and we ask families with children under the age of 12 and unaccompanied children to wait here. We also have a baby nappy changing facility at Lower Ground Floor so please ask Administration for directions. We can provide you with a breastfeeding cushion should you wish to breastfeed your baby.
Safety is a constant concern. We organise regular training in Fire and Emergency Drills, Basic Life Support, Child Protection Awareness and Infection Control as part of our Continuing Personnel Development programme. If you hear an alarm please follow our Team's instructions; we are here to take care of you.
We implement strict Hygiene and Infection Control protocols and do not permit food or drink to be brought into or consumed at TMCK.
Some Patients find others using mobile phones intrusive, especially in stressful situations, so we ask you not to use your mobile whilst at TMCK, other than in exceptional circumstances. We thank you for your consideration.
TMCK is a public building and smoking is therefore prohibited in all areas including WCs. Please note that TMCK is fitted throughout with fire detecting equipment which will be triggered by smoke. Again we thank you for your consideration.
TMCK has Wifi throughout and is available for you free of charge. Please ask Administration for the password and connect to our network as TMCKGUEST.
You have the right to have a chaperone present during any consultation or treatment. Alternatively, you may wish to bring a chaperone with you. Please do let Administration know when booking your appointment.
