The Private GPs who practise here at TMCK in West London are experienced and diligent Doctors committed to helping you achieve better health and a sense of wellbeing. 

Your healthcare at TMCK is professional, discreet and personal.  You are seen in a calm and relaxing environment, where your confidentiality is assured.  We adapt what we do to meet your needs and your priorities and there is always sufficient time for a complete assessment of your health. 

We make ourselves available so that you can be seen when you want to be seen and not only when convenient for us.  So we offer Private Doctor appointments throughout the week, including very early morning, late evening and on Saturdays.  We will always try to see you the same day or at the latest within 24 hours. 

You need not already be registered with TMCK.  Appointments are available to everyone, irrespective of registration with an NHS Doctor and whether or not you have private medical insurance.  You can be seen as  a visitor for a single appointment or we can register you for ongoing care.  If we see you as a visitor, we are happy to provide a written report to your NHS Doctor if you wish.

Why Choose To Be Seen By A Private Doctor At TMCK? 

Well, we are different.  Because we have General Practitioners, a Nurse and Specialist Clinicians all here at the same location and your GP will know our Specialist Clinicians' skills and special interests.  So if a referral is needed, your GP can quickly and efficiently refer you to one of them or, if in your best interests, to another Specialist at another Central London location or to a Specialist of your choice.   

Prevention Is Better Than Cure

We all know this, but it is even more important in healthcare.  So, if you want, your consultation can include a healthcheck tailored to your age, sex and any particular health concerns.  We offer various types of healthcheck and there will be one which meets your needs.  Both what it includes and how much it costs. 

Please note that we do not offer walk in or out of hours emergency services, but we will give you details of available emergency services which should meet your needs.

Private medical insurance, if you have it, will usually cover the cost of your tests, scans and Clinical Specialists provided that you have been referred for these tests and to those Clinical Specialists by your GP.  Only a very few Insurers refund General Practice fees and these are usually international policies.  So our advice is always to check with your Insurer for your level of cover and any amounts payable by you.  You can find more information on the For Patients pages of this website.
