Our Code of Ethics and Promise

The Medical Chambers Kensington understands the bond between a referring Clinician and his/her Patient.  All TMCK Clinicians are required by their Practising Privileges Agreement to comply with our Code of Ethics.  So when you refer a Patient to a Clinician, Cardiac Diagnostics or Ultrasound Diagnostics at TMCK we make you the following promise. 

The Clinician you refer to at TMCK will keep you informed of your Patient's treatment and progress in a timely fashion.  Your Patient will NOT be referred to any other Clinician without your prior permission.  TMCK Clinicians are required to ensure that all Patients receive in advance clear information about intended treatment, fees and other charges and when and how the Patient is expected to pay.  Their fees and TMCK's Diagnostic Service prices are published on this website.
