Carley O'Connor

Carley joined The Medical Chambers Kensington more than ten years ago as a part-time administrator, while studying for a degree in International Politics. Now as Operations Director, she has a deep understanding of how the clinic operates at every level and, most importantly, what matters most to its patients.

Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors really matters to Carley. She believes that a positive patient experience starts with a team that is respectful, collaborative, and genuinely caring.

As the clinic has grown and evolved, Carley has been central to developing and expanding the services on offer, with a particular focus on improving access to high-quality care while ensuring the services continue to meet the needs of patients.

The clinic’s core values – to provide the best possible service, to be open and transparent about costs, and to offer patients clear choices about their care – are integral to Carley’s work, as she guides and supports the team to build lasting trust with the people they care for.
