David Coleman

David Coleman is a Director of The Medical Chambers Kensington and brings over three decades of financial, strategic and management expertise to his role. He has held senior positions in the commercial and property sectors and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), reflecting his professional standing and commitment to the highest ethical standards.

David was closely involved in establishing the clinic from its earliest days, helping to shape its vision and direction. He is responsible for the clinic’s financial management – ensuring long-term stability, strong governance, and outstanding clinical provision. His role has grown alongside the clinic to include IT systems, personnel management, and operational excellence. Working closely with the clinical leadership team, he has been instrumental in developing several of the clinic's services, making sure they are expertly led while keeping patient care at the very heart of everything.

A core focus of David’s work is the exceptional culture of the clinic. He is deeply committed to creating an environment that is genuinely welcoming, caring and supportive – where both patients and staff feel truly valued.
