The clinic is spotless, the front of house team is very nice and respectful. I went to see Dr Benard, she was very patient, she explained everything to me and took the time to give me some advice. I went to see Professor Shotliff as well, he was reassuring and took the time to explain everything to me (even if I don't speak very good English). I feel very confident to be treated at this clinic and the price is worth it.

I thought Dr Kevin Shotliff explained the context of my treatment very well and how management options for thyroid issues had changed since 2014-5. This type of approach suited someone like me.

My consultation with Professor Shotliff was excellent. He gave me a huge amount of time and was able to explain my diagnosis in an extremely reassuring manner. He promised to check my blood results taken at the hospital which he did immediately and sent me an email the following day. I could not have asked for better treatment.
