Friendly, un-hurried receptionist. Dr Bataille communicated superbly. She explained her process as she examined me; explained the pros and cons of a voluntary, minor procedure and talked me through the most sensible approaches to skin protection. She was thorough in her examination and sensible and warm in her approach to me.

Dr Bataille is a top consultant with a huge amount of experience, meaning that she has likely seen a vast number of skin conditions and how they manifest. On this occasion, I went to her for a 2nd opinion, primarily as she is well known for her melanoma expertise but also because I consulted her in the past. As always, she is very thorough and quick, so it is a great way to put one's mind at rest. And she is also fun to talk to, which helps!

I was highly recommended to see Dr Bataille and she was marvellous! She was everything my friend said and more. She made me feel very relaxed and put me very much at ease. Well, it was all brilliant but.....the notes made at reception didn’t make the doctors system by the time I arrived upstairs and so had to repeat some. Since making the follow up appointment I have been emailed to see if I want to make another appointment, so felt a little disorganised. The treatment though and the advice...brilliant.

Me and my partner went to see Dr Bataille for a general check, and we're both extremely happy with the way both our appointments went through. She's just perfect, she listens, she takes all the time needed to examine your skin and to answer all the questions you ask. And most of all, she's very gentle and you feel in the safest hands. She's a gem!
