Anne-Laure Espie est une kinésithérapeute française qui exerce à Londres depuis 2006. Elle a été diplômée en 1996 et reçoit des patients de tous âges, des bébés aux personnes âgées. Elle a obtenu son diplôme en Ostéopathie en 2004. Il s'agit d'un diplôme français qui n'est pas actuellement reconnu au Royaume-Uni.
Anne-Laure est spécialisée en thérapie manuelle, viscéral et cranien, pour adultes, enfants et bébés afin de traiter les troubles tels que les maux de dos, les migraines, les douleurs de cou ou torticolis, la plagiocéphalie (tête plate), les tensions des organes pouvant entraîner des douleurs (troubles viscéraux), les inflammations des tendons (tendinites), les problèmes de mâchoire, les vertiges ainsi que les troubles du sommeil.
Elle traite également les problèmes de santé féminine, comprenant la rééducation périnéale (post-natale et incontinence), les soins de la femme enceinte pour faciliter le travail, le traitement de la douleur (sciatique, dysfonction du pubis, rétention d'eau) et les soins en post partum (diastasis, périnée, cicatrices de césarienne ou épisiotomie, cellulite). La rééducation du périnée est effectuée manuellement, et inclut les exercises hypopressifs, la technique Wellbox and Winback, et le travail postural.
Elle utilise la Técathérapie de Winback, qui permet d’améliorer le traitement des capsulites rétractiles, les cicatrices (anciennes ou récentes), le diastasis, l’endométriose, les dyspareunies, la rééducation du périnée, les douleurs articulaires, la rééducation post chirurgicale, les inflammations, les sciatiques, les douleurs de dos etc…La Técarthérapie provoque la stimulation des mécanismes naturels d’auto-réparation du corps par un courant de haute fréquence.
Elle s’occupe des bébés, jeunes enfants et adolescents pour les déformations de la colonne vertébrale (scoliose, cyphose et mauvaises postures), les maux de dos, le torticolis congénital, les plagiocéphalies, les malformations du pied ou problèmes de marche, le reflux et les coliques.
Anne Laure est une thérapeute qui privilégie l'approche manuelle et qui a élargi et perfectionné ses compétences pendant 25 années de formation supérieure post graduée et diversifiée.

Anne-Laure Espie is a wonderful practitioner. I look forward to my regular appointments. She's extremely skilled and knowledgeable and I leave the practice feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I recommend her to anybody considering treatment. The current front of house team are excellent. Making and amending appointments is very easy and on arrival I feel welcomed, which makes a difference.

It's just a shame that I cannot have the next appointment quicker. In my case, it's not possible before 5 pm and I need a 45 mn appointment so it reduces the slots. Maybe you should take less patients but offer them appointments more frequently (it's about once a month for me)

I have had 7 sessions at The Medical Chambers Kensington and have 3 more to go. The treatment has been excellent, but I would appreciate recommendations on what I can do to sustainably improve my state and how I can integrate them into my lifestyle. For example, if I am not stepping on my foot correctly, what can I do to mitigate this? Special insoles? See another specialist? Avoid certain type of activities to avoid knee injury, etc. There is a lot of knowledge and experience at TMCK and I'd love to tap into it. Overall, I've had very good experience. Many thanks to Miss Espie and the Team!

I recently had my first physio session with Miss Anne-Laure Espie and I am the happiest I have ever been with any physiotherapist - and I have seen many! Miss Espie went above and beyond, she listened carefully to what I was explaining and did a very thorough examination. I will not have to search for another physiotherapist ever again.

We went to see Miss Espie to help my three month old son who was sleeping on one side and just after two appointments he made big progress and was turning easily his head on both sides. She's been very nice to him and overall we are very happy with the service.
