Very impressed with the professional experience of the clinic. I was greeted by the reception staff in a very friendly manner and once confirmed who I was at the clinic to see I was directed to the floor that my appointment was going to be on. On passing other members of staff they were friendly and polite. The clinic was very clean and tidy. My doctor was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask many questions, and get answers from the doctor. My appointment was not rushed and I came away feeling very happy and positive. I will most definitely be returning and recommend The Medical Chambers Kensington to family and friends.

Ciara was our sonographer during our first pregnancy and we also worked with the team to do the genetic testing. The care we received was always outstanding. Thank you to everyone for delivery A+ clinical care, A+ customer service and always greeting us with a smile! We will be back :)

We had an ultrasound with Ms Ciara before having our genome test. She’s like a breath of fresh air as soon as you meet her! It felt so relaxed yet professional. The best scan I have ever had, she checked everything more than once and made sure we were happy with everything. Wish I lived locally I would come for all my scans with her!

My experience was wonderful with Medical Chambers. I have now been able to experience the beginning of my pregnancy with Ciara McKenna and the second half back in the USA as we moved back home. Now that I’m able to compare the service I received there, I am amazed with how thorough and knowledgeable Ciara was. If we were still there, I would absolutely continue to receive all of my ultrasounds with her! Thank you Ciara!

The fact you understood our very difficult history and managed to turn our blood results around by the end of the week just meant so much to us and is hugely appreciated. The appointment itself was great, but I was seen 30 minutes late. Given people have commitments, and the cost of the services, I think that is very poor. Also, I was told my report would be emailed to me within an hour (as I needed to inform my midwife of its contents) but was not sent to me until much later.

I am so happy with my experience with the medical chambers. The knowledge about my condition afterward was far greater and more positive then going to see my Gynaecologist. I finally felt positive and reassured about pregnancy and being pregnant rather then scare mongered by the previous person I saw. The lovely lady also gave me tips and recommendations and was such a positive energy. My husband was so happy with my tone when I called after my appointment, I will definitely be coming back. The whole experience was fantastic from the front of house to the doctor. Thank you so much for everything.

I had concerns about my wellbeing and was able to have an ultrasound appointment asap thanks to the helpful reception team, who took care and organised it even though I had no referral letter handy yet. At the appointment Ms Ciara McKenna was very supportive, attentive to detail, thorough. Ciara gave me as much time and attention as required to make me feel confident that I was checked very well. Ciara is genuinely interested in her patients, she asks questions about symptoms, she is patient to explain all details. It was my second ultrasound performed by Ciara McKenna and I would absolutely recommend her excellent professionalism to everyone! I will definitely be addressing her in the future.
