Our Professional Approach

We pride ourselves on a highly professional approach. Your experience here is at the core of everything we do. Here are a few examples of the way we work and which will give you an idea of our commitment.

The quality of our care  Whether you are here to see a Medical Doctor (registered with the General Medical Council) or a Healthcare Professional (non-GMC) you can be assured that you will receive the best possible medical care. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the Government Healthcare Industry Regulator, and registered as an Acute Service, so we ensure that all Clinicians meet or exceed the latest requirements. We do this by granting Practising Privileges (the right to see Patients) to the highest quality Clinicians only and then regularly review these Privileges. All are vetted and interviewed by our Medical Advisory Committee. And we are regularly assessed by the CQC against 28 standards designed to ensure that your experience is as good as it can be.

We also invite you to give us your feedback through regular Patient Satisfaction Surveys.

It is important that you are seen on time  We recognise that your time is valuable. So we record the time you arrive and the time at which you are seen. We review this information with all Clinicians to help them minimise wait times.

It Is Also Important That You Can Contact Us Quickly  We have installed the most sophisticated telephone software available to monitor the time it takes us to answer your call. We regularly review this data with the aim of improving our service.  We are proud to tell you that we currently answer 85.2% of all calls within 7 seconds, with an average answer time of 4.5 seconds.

Independent Doctors Federation  We subscribe to the Independent Doctors Federation, which is recognised as the voice of Independent Doctors in connection with private medicine, education and revalidation. The IDF has close links with The Department of Health, General Medical Council, British Medical Association and the Royal Colleges. The IDF also offers an appraisal service modelled on the NHS system and which is recognised by the General Medical Council.

Our commitment to diversity  London is one of the most culturally and ethnically diverse cities in the world. This diversity among our Patients, Clinicans and Personnel is an asset to our organisation. We value and respect these differences including ethnicity, nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, economic class, age and disability. We are committed to promoting a better understanding and appreciation of this diversity by respecting all persons equally.
