Interpretation & application
“We/Us/Our” means TMCK Two Ltd.
“You/Your” means the patient or person authorised to act on the patient’s behalf.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and our private prescription dispensing and courier delivery services.
By accessing our website or placing an order for our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Scope of our services
We provide private prescription dispensing exclusively for prescriptions issued by clinicians at The Medical Chambers Kensington (CQC-regulated).
We do not provide online consultations or prescribing.
We also dispense other valid UK private prescriptions presented to us in person. We reserve the right to verify the prescriber and clinical appropriateness before supply.
We do not dispense NHS prescriptions.
We provide a courier delivery service for prescriptions and medicines within the UK only.
Medicines are supplied only to the named patient on the prescription or their authorised representative.
Prescription submission & verification
You must supply a valid, signed prescription from a UK-based prescriber registered with their relevant professional body.
We will perform clinical checks, legal checks and verification of identity (or authorised representative) before dispensing.
We reserve the right to query or delay dispensing if clinical or legal suitability is in doubt.
Courier delivery
Delivery is within the UK only.
By choosing courier delivery, you consent to dispatch of the medicine to the address you have provided.
Packaging will be discreet (no pharmacy labelling visible externally).
You must inform us immediately of any change to your delivery address before the medicine is dispatched.
If medicines requiring refrigeration or cold-chain handling are delivered, you accept responsibility to store them correctly after receipt.
We will endeavour to deliver within the timescales provided, but all delivery dates are estimates and not a contractual guarantee.
Fees, charges & payment
You are responsible for all costs of dispensing and delivery. Fee structures will be clearly communicated to you before finalising your order.
All payments must be made in advance (unless otherwise agreed) and cleared before dispatch of medicines.
Returns & cancellations
For safety and legal reasons, once a medicine has been dispatched or collected it cannot be returned for reuse.
If you cancel your order before dispatch, you may be entitled to a refund of any dispensing fee (excluding delivery costs) subject to our discretion.
If you receive the incorrect medicine, or the medicine is damaged on arrival, you must contact us immediately so we can assess and rectify the error.
Use of medicines & your responsibilities
You confirm that the medicine dispensed is for the person named on the prescription and will not be transferred to another person.
You will follow the clinician’s directions, the pharmacist’s advice, and the patient information leaflet.
You will notify us of any changes to your health condition, allergies, or other medicines you are taking.
You must dispose of unwanted medicines at a pharmacy — do not flush them or put them in household waste.
Limitation of liability
We will act with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee medicines will always be available, nor can we guarantee uninterrupted courier service.
We are not liable for delays, damage or failure of the courier service, except where caused by our negligence.
We do not assume responsibility for how you store or use the medicine after delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Data protection & privacy
We process your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We use your information only for the purpose of dispensing, delivery, clinical checks and regulatory compliance.
For full details, please see our Privacy Policy [link].
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
The latest version will be published on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
