How to make an appointment
It’s easy to make an appointment with one of our private GPs.
You don’t need to be an existing patient. And you don’t need to live in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or within our “catchment area”.
We will send you a Confirmation of Appointment email with a link so that you can register online at a time convenient for you. Alternatively you can register at the Clinic, but if you choose to do this please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow sufficient time before your appointment.
You can be assured that you will always have enough time to fully discuss your issues with your GP.
Appointments vary from 30 minutes for an average appointment to 60 minutes for a healthcheck. So it’s important that you tell us the reason for your appointment at the time that you make it.
We offer convenient appointments throughout the week, including late evenings and Saturdays, and can often offer you same or next day appointments. We will give you all the information you need and confirm your appointment by email.

Out of hours and emergencies
Please note we do not offer an out of hours emergency service. If you have already seen one of our GPs, they will have given you their mobile number and guidance for out of hours emergencies. If you cannot contact your doctor or in case of emergency, please go to the A&E department of your local NHS hospital.
