What does a smile design involve?
We first start the treatment by taking impressions of your teeth for precise measurements. W take pictures which we then run through digital imaging technology to provide a ‘digital wax-up’, creating together how your smile design can look. We decide how many veneers you will need and which teeth need treating in order to create space for the fitting.
Only a small amount of enamel needs to be removed before fitting the veneer. After we treat any teeth, we take further impressions and these are sent to the laboratory where your veneers will be crafted. Within 24 hours, we’ll have your new veneers ready. Before we fit, we check how your smile will look. You’re always in control of the end result and can make changes if you wish. We fix the veneers using a strong dental cement.
