"We/Us/Our” means The Pharmacy Kensington Ltd.

“You/Your” means the patient or their authorised representative.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and our private prescription dispensing and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to them.

We dispense private prescriptions issued by clinicians at The Medical Chambers Kensington and other valid UK private prescriptions presented to us in person.

We do not offer online consultations or prescribing.  

All prescriptions are subject to appropriate clinical and legal checks, and medicines are supplied only to the named patient or their authorised representative.

Please note that we do not dispense NHS prescriptions.
We also offer a courier delivery service for medications throughout the UK.

You must give us a valid signed prescription from a UK registered prescriber.  We will carry out standard clinical, legal and identity checks before dispensing medication and may question or delay dispensing in our sole discretion if we have concerns about safety or suitability.

If you ask us to deliver you consent to us sending medication to the address you have given us. We deliver within the UK only and ask you to understand that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.  Our packaging is discreet. You must tell us about a change to your delivery address before we send medications. After receipt it is your responsibility to store medicines correctly including refrigeration where required. 

We will tell you about our fees and charges. Payment must be made in advance before we send medicines to you.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned after collection, or we have sent it. If you cancel your order before we send it, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion.  If you receive the wrong medication or it arrives damaged , please tell us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

By using our service you confirm that:

The medication is for the named patient only and will not be shared or transferred.

You will follow all clinical advice and instructions provided.

You will tell us about any changes to your health, medications, or allergies.

You will dispose of any unwanted medicines at a pharmacy. Please do not flush them or put them in household waste

We always aim to provide a safe and reliable service.  However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability of medicines or uninterrupted delivery service. So, we are not liable for delays or delivery issues unless caused by our negligence.  Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We use your information only for the purpose of dispensing, delivery, clinical checks, and regulatory compliance.  We process your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and The Data Protection Act 2018

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
