We offer a personalised service that’s convenient, competitively priced, and centred around your needs. After an appointment at our clinic, you won’t have to travel to another location to collect your prescription - everything will be handled by our expert pharmacy team. 

They work closely with the doctors and clinicians within the clinic, and also dispense private prescriptions from doctors practising outside the clinic. 

You have the choice to collect your medication from our pharmacy – if it is available – directly after your appointment. We also provide a same-day delivery service within London, and a next-day delivery service across the UK. Deliveries are tracked and we ensure all medication is packaged discreetly. 

We dispense private prescriptions from doctors and other authorised prescribers at the clinic, as well as private prescriptions issued elsewhere in the UK. If you have a private paper prescription, you are welcome to bring it to us, or send it to us by post. 

If you need a repeat prescription, please contact our pharmacy team and they will explain what they need from you.

As we are a private pharmacy, we are only able to dispense private prescriptions – not those issued by the NHS. 

You can email us at pharmacy@themedicalchambers.com with your request. Ideally you should send any request 3 or 4 days before you need your medication, as this gives us time to make sure everything is ready for you. You can then choose to collect your medication The Pharmacy Kensington, or have it delivered.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your private prescription to us or you can send it by post. If you post it, please include your contact information so we can get in touch to arrange payment and collection or delivery.

We need the original prescription to dispense any medication, and unfortunately cannot accept a PDF, photograph or copy emailed to us. 

Yes. As well as prescriptions issued by doctors and clinicians practising at The Medical Chambers Kensington, we can dispense UK private prescriptions issued by doctors and prescribers elsewhere. Please contact our pharmacy team if you would like to check your prescription with us, before visiting or sending it to the clinic.

Unfortunately not. Because The Pharmacy Kensington is a private pharmacy, we are only able to dispense private prescriptions.

We strive to deliver competitive pricing, and regularly review our fees against other independent private pharmacies. 

Costs will depend on the specific medication, so we will need to see your prescription before confirming the price. We are, however, happy to give you a quotation where possible. 

Same-day delivery in London and next-day delivery elsewhere in the UK are available to you at no extra charge. We do charge an additional fee for refrigerated deliveries outside of London, and we are happy to discuss this with you.

Yes. We offer same-day courier delivery across London and next-day delivery throughout the UK by Royal Mail. Both services are tracked and your medication is packaged discreetly.

Yes. We can deliver refrigerated and other temperature-sensitive medication in London and throughout the UK.

We use specialist temperature-controlled packaging to help keep your medication at the appropriate temperature during its journey.

There is an additional charge for refrigerated deliveries to addresses outside of London. Please contact us and we will be happy to explain the options and costs.

Yes. Travel vaccinations are available at The Medical Chambers Kensington.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and our private prescription dispensing and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to them.

We dispense private prescriptions issued by clinicians at The Medical Chambers Kensington and other valid UK private prescriptions presented to us in person.

We do not offer online consultations or prescribing.  

All prescriptions are subject to appropriate clinical and legal checks, and medicines are supplied only to the named patient or their authorised representative.

Please note that we do not dispense NHS prescriptions.
We also offer a courier delivery service for medications throughout the UK.

You must give us a valid signed prescription from a UK registered prescriber.  We will carry out standard clinical, legal and identity checks before dispensing medication and may question or delay dispensing in our sole discretion if we have concerns about safety or suitability.

If you ask us to deliver you consent to us sending medication to the address you have given us. We deliver within the UK only and ask you to understand that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.  Our packaging is discreet. You must tell us about a change to your delivery address before we send medications. After receipt it is your responsibility to store medicines correctly including refrigeration where required. 

We will tell you about our fees and charges. Payment must be made in advance before we send medicines to you.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned after collection, or we have sent it. If you cancel your order before we send it, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion.  If you receive the wrong medication or it arrives damaged , please tell us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

By using our service you confirm that:

The medication is for the named patient only and will not be shared or transferred.

You will follow all clinical advice and instructions provided.

You will tell us about any changes to your health, medications, or allergies.

You will dispose of any unwanted medicines at a pharmacy. Please do not flush them or put them in household waste

We always aim to provide a safe and reliable service.  However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability of medicines or uninterrupted delivery service. So, we are not liable for delays or delivery issues unless caused by our negligence.  Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We use your information only for the purpose of dispensing, delivery, clinical checks, and regulatory compliance.  We process your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and The Data Protection Act 2018
