Preferred Rates for Specialist Care
Members also receive 20% off up to two consultations per year for our specialist services, including Dentistry, Dermatology, Gynaecology, ENT, and Paediatrics. You also receive 10% off one comprehensive health assessment each year.
Whether you need to see a doctor right away or simply wish to discuss a health concern, we make sure you are seen quickly. We offer the flexibility of face-to-face, online, or telephone consultations – all at our special member rates – so you can receive the care you need without any long waits.
You can arrange to see us at a time that works best for you, including evenings and weekends. Our extended clinic hours – including Saturdays – are designed so that excellent care is always available whenever it is most convenient.
We believe in creating an environment that is calm and unhurried. Our standard appointments are 30 minutes, so you have plenty of time to discuss any health concerns within a single visit. This also allows ample time for questions, detailed advice, and focused attention on any complex conditions you may have.
Should you wish, you can choose a dedicated GP to look after you and your family over the long term. Having a trusted clinician who deeply understands your health – from routine check-ups to managing more complex conditions – provides a consistent point of care for all your needs.
We understand that health needs don’t always follow a schedule. We work closely with one of London’s leading out-of-hours GP services, which means you will always be seen by a highly experienced doctor at any time of day or night – whether you are at home, at work, or staying in a hotel.
As a member, you can see your doctor as often as you need – whether in person, online, or by telephone – all at your preferred member rates. We understand that some health concerns require a little more time and conversation, so we make it simple for you to speak with our team as many times as you wish throughout the year.

Should your GP recommend a specialist opinion or further tests, we provide priority appointments for our members whenever possible – often on the very same day. Our clinicians have long-established relationships with London’s best consultants. Should you require further specialist care, beyond our clinic, we will personally guide you and arrange a prompt referral, so you are not left waiting.
If you need an MRI, X-ray or other specialist imaging, you will have fast-track access to the renowned Cleveland Clinic in Belgravia, Marylebone or the City – whichever is most convenient for you.
