Who We Are
Dr Isabelle Granger-Cohet DChD
Director and CQC Registered Manager
Isabelle qualified as a dental surgeon at the Faculte de Chirurgie Dentaire in Strasbourg, France in 1985 and completed a Doctorate with Distinction in 1986 before moving to the UK. She ran her own private practice in Sloane Street, London SW1 from 1990 to 2008, where she learnt first-hand about the needs of both clinicians and patients.
Everything she did was designed to create a safe, calm and reassuring environment where all patients are treated with respect.
"I have brought this ethos to The Medical Chambers Kensington and La Clinique Française, where I am Co-Founder, Director and Care Quality Commission Registered Manager. I am continually driven to strive for excellence and stop at nothing less."
Isabelle was also a founding member and Chairperson of Medecine Francaise Londres, an organisation of French speaking doctors in London, and over the years has established a considerable network of French and international private medical practitioners in London.
Ivor French FRICS
Director and CQC Responsible Person
Ivor is a Co-Founder, Director and Care Quality Commission Responsible Person of The Medical Chambers Kensington and La Clinique Francaise. He is also a Director of Leighton Goldhill Chartered Surveyors and of Navigator Securities and is a past member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
"As a result of my professional property activities, I became aware of the acute shortage of high quality medical environments in Central London and, together with Isabelle, had the idea of combining a top quality medical facility with our passion for what we call enlightened hospitality.”
David Coleman MRICS
Director Finance and IT
David is a Director of The Medical Chambers Kensington, La Clinique Francaise, Leighton Goldhill Chartered Surveyors and Navigator Securities, having graduated from University of Central England in 1992.
"I have worked with Ivor for almost 20 years and was pleased to accept his invitation to join the team at The Medical Chambers Kensington responsible for finances, IT and some aspects of personnel.”
Carley joined The Medical Chambers Kensington in 2015. She started as a part-time receptionist whilst studying for a degree in International Politics. After graduating, Carley chose to pursue a career in healthcare and progressed to become Clinic Manager. She now manages all day-to-day operations and ensures that the clinic runs smoothly.
As of October 2021, she is enrolled on the Government led Help to Grow Business Management programme focussed on helping small businesses acquire new skills and, in our case, improve the patient experience.
“Everything we do here is aimed at delivering the best possible service to our patients and doctors. My team and I continually train to improve and create a welcoming, calm environment with effortless processes. A visit to a medical clinic is not typically something to look forward to, so if we can help our patients feel calm and at ease then we have achieved exactly what we have set out to do here.”
