Isabelle qualified as a dental surgeon in Strasbourg France and completed a Doctorate with Distinction before moving to the UK in 1987. She ran her own private practice in Sloane Street London SW1 from 1990 to 2008, where she learnt first-hand about the needs of both clinicians and patients.
Everything she did was designed to create a safe, calm, and reassuring environment where all patients are treated with respect.

Ivor is a Co-Founder, Director and CQC Responsible Person of The Medical Chambers Kensington. He is also a Director of Leighton Goldhill Chartered Surveyors and is a past member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
"As a result of my professional property activities, I became aware of the acute shortage of high-quality medical environments in Central London and, together with Isabelle, had the idea of combining a top-quality medical facility delivering great medicine with a great patient experience. Something we are passionate about and internally call enlightened hospitality."

David is a Director of The Medical Chambers Kensington and Leighton Goldhill Chartered Surveyors, having graduated from University of Central England in 1992.
"I have worked with Ivor for over 30 years and was pleased to accept his invitation to join the team at The Medical Chambers Kensington . My role includes finance and IT and has now expanded to include personnel and much more. All of which I find fulfilling."

Carley O'Connor

Carley joined The Medical Chambers Kensington in 2015 as a part-time receptionist whilst studying for a degree in International Politics. She graduated and then decided she liked healthcare so much that she changed her career course. She is now Operations Director and manages day-to-day operations to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly.

My team and I continually train to improve and create a welcoming, calm environment with effortless processes. A visit to a medical clinic is not typically something to look forward to, so if we can help our patients feel calm and at ease then we have achieved exactly what we have set out to do here.”

Rebecca is the Clinic Manager. She has previously managed other clinics in London and so came to us with considerable experience of the challenges and how to overcome them. She focuses on enhancing the patient experience, supports the team and creates a great place to work in the strong belief that the team can only deliver an exceptional experience if they are happy in their work. She is passionate about continuous improvement and creating an environment of exceptional care.
