If you have sudden hearing loss, symptoms in your ear that are not usual for you, or your child’s hearing is causing you concern, you should contact your doctor immediately. If they rule out earwax build-up or infection, then they might refer you to an audiologist.

If you need a hearing test, this will be carried out by an experienced Clinical Audiologist. They will spend time discussing your specific symptoms, the types of situations that make hearing most difficult for you, and any other existing or potentially undiagnosed conditions such as tinnitus, or dizziness.
