Expect more… our commitment to you

The Medical Chambers Kensington and The Dental Chambers Kensington are run by truly dedicated teams. We combine experience and expertise in the medical and dental professions and in professional commerce. And we share a real passion to deliver the highest levels of service in a calm and pleasant, unique environment.

This commitment is about having the skill and attitude, and above all, about caring.  It is reflected in meticulous attention to detail, the highest standards of service and a unique culture throughout the Clinic.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the regulator of health and social care in England, and are subject to rigorous inspection and audit.

Your Clinician may charge a cancellation or no-show fee and you will find this policy on your clinician’s profile on our website.

You have the right to have a chaperone present at any consultation or treatment.  Or you can bring a chaperone with you. Please tell our admin team when making your appointment.

Privacy is very important to us and we process all patient data with great care. Please contact our Clinic Manager, Rebecca Hil, if you would like to learn more about the personal data that we hold. We have installed a video camera at Reception and all telephone calls are recorded.

We have a dedicated lift and washroom for those with mobility problems. Please tell our admin team if you need assistance when making your appointment.

We sincerely hope that your experience here is a positive one. In a continuous effort to improve our service, an independent feedback survey company will email a survey to you after your appointment. We publish the results of these surveys on our website.

Some patients find others using mobile phones intrusive, so we ask you not to make or take calls in the waiting areas, other than in exceptional circumstances.

The clinic is a public building, so smoking is prohibited. The building is fitted throughout with fire detecting equipment, which will be triggered by smoke.

We offer new patients the option of registering online, which helps us fast-track your appointment. We will register you before you arrive so that you do not have to complete the registration form here at the clinic and can use your time more efficiently.

You can connect to our complimentary network TMCKGUEST.  Please ask the front desk for the password.
