Prior to my visit, the booking process was empathic, supportive, safe, and—most importantly—transparent regarding financial information. Five stars for that. On the Saturday before my appointment, I emailed my medical background information to the clinician’s PA, requesting that she forward it to the clinician ahead of my visit on Monday. My initial email bounced back, so I called to confirm the address, corrected a spelling error, and resent it. Since the second email did not bounce back, I assumed it had been successfully received. However, I did not receive a reply from the PA. At my appointment, both receptionists were friendly and professional. The clinician was polite, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the details I shared about my health. He asked relevant, wide-ranging, and solution-focused questions. When I mentioned the background information I had sent, he confirmed he had not received it. While my interaction with the clinician and reception team was very positive, the lack of communication from the PA was disappointing. Nevertheless, I look forward to returning for my next appointment as agreed with the doctor. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

My wife had been nagging me to get a mole checked out. I know from past experience that my excellent GP wouldn't be able to see me for ages, and that dermatology is not his speciality. So my wife booked me into The Medical Chambers. I was sceptical. I was wrong. Dr Thomson is an expert dermatologist. He patiently spent half an hour giving me an all-over examination and spotted far more areas of concern than I had noticed; he calmly talked me through treatment options and made it clear that he would see me to follow up. I couldn't be more impressed.

Very happy with Dr Jason Thomson, expertise and "bed side manners". My appointment with Dr Thomson was for a specific issue, but he took a more holistic view and conducted a full thorough examination; very pleased and reassured.
